What and when regarding Hasselblad Technical Training for Business Partners

 

Hasselblad's technical training supports the After Sales mission: To enable Hasselblad's partners to deliver the right end-user support. 

Hasselblad offers the training free of charge, and you pay your own transportation and accommodation.

We currently offer the following training:

 

Basic Scanner training 

For experienced technicians with no prior experience with Hasselblad scanners. Enables the participants to:

- Diagnose and repair HW related problems

- Diagnose and rectify SW related problems (including FlexColor)

- Make the best of FlexColor's features

Schedule:

Offered every month in Copenhagen. It is possible to arrange training locally as well, if a sufficient (4-6) number of persons participates. Planned dates are:

May 26+27

June 16+17

August 18+19

September 15+16 

October 6+7

November 17+18

December 15+16

Advanced scanner training

For Hasselblad scanner technicians who holds a considerable amount of experience with the Imacon and Hasselblad scanners. Normally Hasselblad will contact you if we think one of your technicians can be offered this training.

 

Basic camera training 

For experienced technicians with no prior experience with Hasselblad integrated cameras and camera backs. Enables the participants to:

- Diagnose and rectify HW related problems

- Diagnose and rectify SW related problems (including FlexColor)

- Diagnose problems related to other parts of the digital workflow

- Make the best of FlexColor's features

Schedule:

Offered every month in Copenhagen. It is possible to arrange training locally as well, if a sufficient (4-6) number of persons participates. Planned dates are:

Advanced camera training (ACT)

For Hasselblad support technicians who holds a considerable amount of experience with the Hasselblad products. Previous participation in Basic Training is a prerequisite. This 2-day training features the following content:

- Advanced failure diagnostics techniques

- Utilization of special H-system features

- In-depth training on Hasselblad firmware

- Lens application training

- In-depth training on the H3D internal architecture

Offered every month in Copenhagen. It is possible to arrange training locally as well, if a sufficient (4-6) number of persons participates. Planned dates are:

December 10+11

 

Analogue repair traning 

For technicians working in Hasselblad Certified Service Centers. Mainly consists of hands-on training. Is offered for H, V, and X system repairs. Takes place in the Gothenburg factory only.
